This has got to be one of my most frustrating shopping experiences. After I paid for the chair, I was informed it was out of stock a whole 14 days later (it was listed as available on National Furniture Supplies). Then, to add to the letdown, I chose a different chair, and 28 days after my initial order, it arrived damaged (with scuff marks on the leg). The chair itself looks nice, but all this hassle really takes the fun out of it.

I was pretty hesitant about buying a chair online since I had a rough time with a Chinese item I got from a popular shopping site. However, Hallways came through in just one day with exactly what I needed - the only small issue was that the metal-looking bits of the chair turned out to be metallic-painted plastic. So, maybe take a good look at the product descriptions (duh!). Aside from that, my experience was top-notch. Thanks a bunch!
